FAQ

Initial concerns

“I have a really busy schedule. How can you accommodate me?”

We’ve noticed that active people want to fit in time for self care. We’ve opened up evening hours and Saturdays too.

“I have a bad chiropractic experience. How can I avoid another one?”

We are sorry to hear this. If you want to benefit from chiropractic care in the future, ask your new chiropractor questions. What are my options? Have them explain before they adjust.

“I’m not sure chiropractic care will help my condition. How will I know?”

Chiropractic care is extremely beneficial. But we understand it is not always what is most beneficial to our patients. If we are not the best solution to you getting better, we refer you to someone who is. Our strong network of providers collaborate for optimal care for our patients.

“Do I have to have an Xray on my first visit?”

No. Every injury is different. Most cases do not require an Xray. However, some situations will require one.

"I can’t afford it."

We understand that the uncertainty of healthcare costs can be very stressful. We provide our best estimate of what that cost will be. Research has shown consistently that chiropractic treatment provides the best value with the highest patient satisfaction.
